Access to FrConnect is by invitation only. You must receive and accept an invitation from us to create an account. We reserve the right to approve or deny any invitation request at our sole discretion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FrConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
